This operational management role is suited to an experienced event safety or security professional with strong crowd management knowledge, leadership skills and hands-on experience delivering large-scale events across multiple locations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Security Area Manager will support the safe and effective delivery of large-scale events and stadia operations across London.

The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, using their organisational, logistical and leadership skills to maintain high standards in fast-paced live event environments.

• Extensive knowledge of crowd management and event safety
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale events
• Experience coordinating multi-site operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and logistical capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Confidence learning and adapting to new software and systems

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• A valid driving licence
