The LTA is looking for an experienced Event Manager to support the planning and operational delivery of the HSBC Championships at The Queen’s Club in London.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working closely with the Head of Event Operations, the Event Manager will help deliver the operational elements of the WTA 500 and ATP 500 tournaments.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the UK’s major international sporting events and work alongside a team responsible for delivering the LTA’s wider programme of major events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the planning and operational delivery of the HSBC Championships
• Managing designated event projects from planning through to delivery
• Coordinating suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders
• Supporting venue, site, logistics and event infrastructure planning
• Monitoring project timelines, budgets and operational requirements
• Contributing to event documentation, briefings and delivery plans
• Supporting on-site operations throughout the tournament period
• Identifying opportunities to improve future event delivery

WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least five years’ management-level experience within events
• Experience delivering major sporting, outdoor or live events
• Strong operational and project management capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
• Confidence working in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
