The Shop Productions is looking for experienced Lighting and A/V Technical Crew to join an upcoming event project in Ibiza.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The technical crew will support the lighting, power and A/V installation for a three-day event in Ibiza.

This opportunity is intended for experienced technicians who are confident working in fast-paced live event environments and with professional tour-style technical setups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the installation of event lighting systems
• Assisting with power installation and distribution
• Installing and preparing audio-visual equipment
• Working safely with truss and event rigging structures
• Supporting technical setup, testing and event preparation
• Working collaboratively with the production and technical teams
• Following technical plans, schedules and on-site safety procedures
• Assisting with technical changes or troubleshooting when required
• Supporting the dismantling of equipment following the event

WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR

• Professional experience working as part of a live event technical crew
• Practical experience with lighting and A/V installations
• Confidence working with tour-style production setups
• Experience working with truss and power systems
• Strong technical awareness and attention to safety
• The ability to work effectively within a production team
• Reliability, flexibility and confidence working to tight deadlines
• Availability in Ibiza from 1–5 September 2026
