Legends Global is looking for a Premium Sales Executive to join the team at first direct bank arena in Leeds.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop their career within the live events, venue and premium hospitality industry.

Working in a fast-paced arena environment, the Premium Sales Executive will support the promotion and sale of premium experiences while helping to deliver excellent service to clients and guests.

The role offers the opportunity to work within one of Leeds’ leading live entertainment venues, where no two event days are the same.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the sale of premium hospitality products and experiences
• Responding to customer enquiries and identifying sales opportunities
• Building positive relationships with new and existing clients
• Providing accurate information about premium packages and upcoming events
• Maintaining customer, booking and sales records
• Supporting the preparation and delivery of premium experiences
• Working closely with sales, hospitality and venue operations teams
• Helping to deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the client journey
