Brandfuel is looking for a Production Manager or Senior Production Manager to join its Technical Production team in London.

Brandfuel is an award-winning creative experiential agency specialising in the strategy, sustainable design and delivery of leadership summits, conferences, exhibitions, experiential activations and online broadcasts.
The agency works with high-growth organisations and global clients including Google, YouTube, Meta, Ericsson, BlackRock, Zurich and Bloomberg.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Depending on experience, the successful candidate will join as a Production Manager or Senior Production Manager.
The role will take responsibility for technical production across medium and large-scale projects. It will also involve leading and supporting junior production team members on larger projects.
The successful candidate must be available to begin the role in September 2026.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead technical production elements across medium and large-scale live events
• Work with creative and project management teams during event design development
• Provide technical feedback and advice on creative concepts
• Ensure proposed designs can be delivered safely, practically and within budget
• Prepare accurate technical production budgets
• Manage production elements for projects with budgets of up to £1 million
• Develop and maintain relationships with production suppliers
• Work with the agency’s supply chain throughout pre-production and delivery
• Coordinate multiple suppliers across event sites
• Ensure event builds follow approved plans and production methodologies
• Respond to and resolve supplier and technical queries on-site
• Manage rigging, power, networking and other technical services
• Ensure relevant health and safety documentation is completed correctly
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are achieved safely
• Manage and mentor junior members of the production team
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous technical production experience within a creative event delivery agency
• Experience leading production elements for medium or large-scale live events
• Experience managing technical production budgets of up to £1 million
• Strong supplier and supply-chain management capabilities
• Technical knowledge of rigging, power, networking and associated event services
• Experience coordinating multi-supplier event sites
• Strong budgeting and production-planning skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence working with creative and project management teams
• The ability to lead and mentor junior team members
• Knowledge of Vectorworks or AutoCAD is preferred
• An IOSH Managing Safely qualification is preferred
• Confidence using Google Workspace
AVAILABILITY AND ON-SITE WORK
The successful candidate must be available from September 2026.
The role will require extensive on-site work during January, February and March, totalling approximately 40 days.
